| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨采用中西医结合的方法护理急性心肌梗塞恢复期患者的效果。方法:将100例急性心肌梗塞恢复期患者随机分为中西医结合观察组和对照组各50例,对照组采用常规的西医护理,而观察组则在常规西医护理基础上,加上中医特色的护理治疗,并于一、三周进行比较。结果:观察组和对照组的临床总有效率为92%、74%,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理在急性心肌梗塞恢复期的治疗护理中有积极意义,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of nursing acute myocardial infarction convalescence in the integrative medicine.Methods:100 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 for each.The control group was given western care;The observation group was given TCM nursing besides western care.The total efficacy was 92% in the observation group and 74% in the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrative care was effective,worthy of clinical use. |
