| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中医药治疗急性肺损伤的临床效果。方法：将55例急性肺损伤患者按照随机、对照的原则分为观察组（30例）和对照组（25例）。两组患者均给予常规的西医治疗,观察组加用自拟救肺汤进行治疗。结果：观察组治疗效果、动脉血气分析指标改善明显优于对照组。结论：采用中医药治疗急性肺损伤效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the clinical effect of TCM on treating acute lung injury.Methods: 55 cases of patients with acute lung injury in accordance with the principle of randomized,controlled were divided into the observation group(n = 30) and control group(n = 25).The two groups of patients were given regular western medicine therapy,the observation group add with plans to save from lung decoction for treatment.Results: The observation group therapy effect,arterial blood gas analysis index improvement was better than control.Conclusions: The effect of TCM on treating acute lung injury is remarkable. |
