妇科肿瘤患者围术期心理护理效果评价

目的：探讨妇科肿瘤患者围术期术心理护理效果。方法：2011年2月～2012年12月采取手术治疗妇科肿瘤患者163例，分为常规护理组80例，心理护理组83例观察两组护理效果。结果：两组病例术前1d采取焦虑自评量表（SAS）、汉密顿焦虑量表（HAMA）进行心理评估、心理测量比较P<0.05差异有显著性。结论：围术期心理护理可以改善病人睡眠状态、情绪状态，提高了病人的心理应激性，降低病人疼痛阈值，使得患者顺利度过围术期，促进患者康复。

Evaluation of perioperative psychological care in gynecologic oncology

Objective： To explore the perioperative psychological care results in gynecologic oncology patients. Methods： From February 2011 to December 2012 163 patients were divided into routine care group of 80 cases, 83 cases of psychological care group for recording caring effects. Results： Before surgery ld the two groups were elevated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） psychological assessment, and psychological measurement comparisons was performed P〈0.05, difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Perioperative psychological care can improve patient sleep, emotional state, improve the patient＇s psychological stress, reduce patient pain threshold such patients survive the perioperative period, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
