热毒宁注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎66例的临床疗效随机对照观察

目的:探讨热毒宁注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将132例确诊为支气管肺炎的患儿按随机数字表分为治疗组与对照组,每组各66例,对照组给予常规抗生素药物治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上再静脉点滴热毒宁注射液,观察两组患儿症状、体征改善情况,并记录改善时间,比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为93.94%和81.82%,差异具有统计学意义,x2=7.380,P<0.05;治疗组和对照组的发热消失、咳嗽消失、肺部体征消失、X线胸片明显好转、白细胞恢复时间分别为(4.4±0.9)d比(5.8±0.7)d,(9.1±1.3)d比(10.5±1.6)d,(8.0±1.6)d比(9.7±1.8)d,(11.1±0.88)d比(13.2±0.84)d,(6.2±0.7)d比(7.7±0.9)d,各项指标差异明显,均P<0.05。结论:热毒宁注射液联合常规方法是治疗小儿支气管肺炎的有效方法,且安全性良好,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical observation on Reduning injection in treating 66 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy in treating children with bronchial pneumonia by Reduning injection. Methods： 132cases were randomly divided into the treated group and the control group, each group of 66 patients; the control group was given conventional antibiotics, the treated group was given Reduning injection based on the control group, to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results： The total efficiency in the treated group were 93.94% in the control group was 81.82%, the difference was statistically significant. The index was difference, all P〈0.05. Conclusion： Reduning injection combined with conventional methods was significantly effective on treating children with bronchial pneumonia, worthy of a wide clinical application.
