| 摘 要： | 目的：评价针药结合治疗痹证（阳虚型）的临床疗效。方法：将痹证（阳虚型）患者180例随机分为针灸组50例、中药组50例、针药结合组80例，结果：针药组总有效率（98.75%）与针灸组（90%）、中药组（88%）比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），而针灸组与中药组比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：针药组比针灸组和中药组治疗阳虚型痹证疗效更佳。

Clinical experience for treating 80 cases of arthralgia by the Sini decoction plus acupuncture |

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate clinical effects of the acupuncture combined with the TCM medicine on treating arthralgia of Yangxu. Methods： 180 patients were divided into three groups, 50 in the acupuncture group, 50 in the TCM medicine group and 80 in the combined group. Results： The total efficiency of the combined group （98.75%） is significantly higher than that in the acupuncre group （90%） and TCM medicine group （88%）, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The efficacy of the combined group is higher than that in the acupuncture group and the TCM medicine group. |
