泻火理气化痰活血方辨证加减治疗甲亢合并房颤疗效研究

目的：探讨与分析泻火理气化痰活血方辨证加减治疗甲亢合并房颤的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治并确诊为甲亢合并房颤的98例糖尿病患者，随机分为对照组（45例）和治疗组（53例），观察其治疗效果并进行比较分析。结果：泻火理气化痰活血方辨证加减治疗甲亢合并房颤糖的临床总有效率显著高于西药倍他乐克治疗，（P<0.05）；泻火理气化痰活血方治疗后患者FT3、FT4水平相对于倍他乐克治疗显著降低（P<0.05或P<0.01）；两组均能显著降低房颤症状（P<0.01）。结论：应用泻火理气化痰活血方辨证加减疗法对甲亢合并房颤患者的临床症状、FT3、FT4和房颤均有良好的改善作用，值得在临床中进行推广应用。

Efficacy studies of the Xiehuo Liqi Huatan recipe on treating hyperthyroidism and atrial fibrillation

Objective： To investigate and analyze the clinical effects of the Xiehuo Liqi Huatan recipe on treating Hyperthyroidism and atrial fibrillation. Methods： In our hospital and diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and atrial fibrillation, 98 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into control group （45 cases） and treated group （53 cases）, observed and analyzed the efficacy. Results： The clinical total efficiency of the Xiehuo Liqi Huatan recipe was significantly higher than metoprolol （P〈0.05）; after treatment, FT3, FT4 levels relative to metoprolol treatment significantly decreased （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）; the symptoms of atrial fibrillation of two groups were significantly reduced （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The Xiehuo Liqi Huatan recipe has a good improvement fimction for clinical symptoms, FT3, FT4 and atrial fibrillation, worthy of a clinical application.
