中医药治疗42例糖尿病肾病患者的临床分析

目的：探讨中医治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法：一般治疗，严格控制糖尿病和肾病患者的饮食，对出现水肿，并伴随有高血压的患者，每日吸收的纳应保持3～5g范围内；中药治疗，将桃仁、益母草、丹参、党参、菟丝子、何首乌、牛膝煎成汤药，药量为300ml，1剂/d，早晚各口服1次。结果：在本组42例患者中，显效16例，有效21例，无效5例，总有效率为88%。结论：对糖尿病肾病患者采取中药汤剂进行治疗，可取得较好的治疗效果。

Clinical analysis on treating 42 cases of diabetic nephropathy by TCM medicine therapy

Objective： To observe clinical effects of TCM medicine therapy on treating diabetic nephropathy. Methods： General treatment, strict control the diet of diabetic nephropathy patients, for the occurrence of edema, combined with hypertension, the daily intake of sodium should be kept within the range 3-5g; TCM treatment, the peach, motherwort, salvia, codonopsis, dodder seed, polygonum and achyranthes fried into decoction, the dose is 300ml, one time a day, oral once in every morning and evening. Result： Among the 42 patients of this group, 16 cases was markedly effective, 21 cases was effective, ineffective in 5 cases, the total efficiency was 88%. Conclusion： The TCM medicine therapy is effective on treating diabetic nephropathy.
