摘    要:目的:尽量除去杂质同时保留丹参水溶性酚酸;方法:采用超滤法,滤膜的截留分子量(molecular weight cut off, MWCO)为200,进行提取分离;采用正交试验确定较佳超滤工艺;并对超滤过程中加水方式进行优化;结果:考察各因素对丹参水溶性酚酸和杂质含量比参数T和丹参水溶性酚酸透过收率的影响显著程度,得到较佳分子截留工艺组合:料液初始浓度2.2 g/L、温度40℃,操作压力1.0 MPa;优化超滤过程加水方式使T和丹参水溶性酚酸透过收率分别提高至14.76和12.65%;结论:该法能有效除去杂质而提高丹参水溶性酚酸的相对含量。

Study On Effective Extraction and Separation of Water-Soluble Components from Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge by ultrafiltration
Abstract:Objective:To remove the impurities and retained watersoluble phenolic acids from Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge.Methods:Using ultrafiltration membrane MWCO (molecular weight cut off, MWCO) of 200, extraction and separation;The preferred ultrafiltration is determined by orthogonal experiment; And the way of adding water is optimized in ultrafiltration process. Result:The effect of various factors on T and the ratio of water-soluble phenolic acids filtered through the membrane were studied; The optimum conditions of molecular intercept were as follows:Initial concentration of materials liquid is 2.2 g/L, temperature is 40℃and operating pressure is 1.0 Mpa;T and the ratio of watersoluble phenolic acids filtered through the membrane increase to 14.76 and 12.65%respectively by the way of adding water test which is optimized in ultrafiltration process. Conclusion:The method can effectively remove impurities and improve the content of watersoluble phenolic acids from Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge.
