麝香镇痛散治疗骨伤科腰痛症的疗效观察

方法：将200例患者随机分为2组,各100例,治疗组采用外敷麝香镇痛散治疗,对照组单用常规TDP治疗,采用观察指标和疗效指标进行评价.结果：3个病理分期总有效率两两比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.总有效率治疗组为90.0%,对照组为70.73%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.经过治疗后2组骨伤科疼痛较治疗前均有明显的改善（P〈0.01）,而且治疗组比对照组改善更加显著（P〈0.05）.结论：麝香镇痛散外治疗骨伤科疼痛症具有临床价值.

Curative observation on treatment of lumbago in orthopedics andtraumatology by Shexiang Zhentong powder

Objective：To observe the effect of Wentong cream on orthopedics pains.Methods：200 patients were randomly dividedinto two groups, 100 cases per group. Patients in the treatment group were externally treated with Shexiang Zhentong powder, whilepatients in the control group were just treated with conventional TDP treatment. The indicators of observation and efficacy wereevaluated.Results：Compared the total effective rates at three stages, the differences were not significant（P〉0.05）.The total effective ratein the treatment group was 90%, while that of the control group was 70.73%,and the difference was significant compared the two groups（P〈0.05）.The orthopedic pain of the 2 groups was significantly improved after the treatment（P〈0.01）, the improvement in the treatmentgroupwas more significant than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shexiang Zhentong powder has clinical value in thetreatment of lumbago in orthopedics and traumatology.
