| 摘 要： | 目的：观察康复新液治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床有效性及安全性.方法：收集2013年4月～2014年06月中山大学附属第三医院粤东医院治疗的小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎160例,所有患儿来我院就诊前均未接受任何治疗,随机分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组用康复新液喷局部;对照组不用康复新液喷局部;两组疗程均为3天.其他治疗（如抗感染、服退热药降温等）两组相同.结果：治疗组治愈率及总有效率均明显高于对照组.结论：康复新液治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎疗效好,值得临床推广使用.

Curative observation on treatment of pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitisby Kangfuxin liquid |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of Kangfuxi liquid on pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis. Methods：160 cases with pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis from January, 2013 to June, 2014 in Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-senUniversity, eastern Guangdong branch hospital were collected and randomly divided into two groups . Patients in the treatment group weretreated with Kangfuxin liquid in a particular area , while patients in the control group were not, 3 days as a course. Except for it, there wasno different of other treatment between the two groups. Result： The recovery rate and total effective rate of the treatment group wereobviously higher than those of the control group. Conclusion： Kangfuxin liquid has better curative effect and is worthy of promotion. |
