抗菌药物配合中药治疗老年慢性支气管炎80例疗效与安全性观察

目的:观察抗菌药物配合中药治疗老年慢性支气管炎的疗效与安全性。方法:选择我院2009年1月～2011年5月80例老年慢性支气管炎患者采用抗茵药物配合中药治疗,本组患者设为观察组,同时选择同期采用抗菌药物结合临床症状对症治疗的80例老年慢性支气管炎患者作为对照组,对两组治疗效果及不良反应进行比较。结果:观察组显效43例,有效32例,总有效率为93.75%;对照组显效26例,有效31例,总有效率71.25%;观察组治疗效果明显好于对照组,两组比较差异具有显著性,有统计学意义(t=4.685,P=0.00981)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.5%;对照组不良反应发生率为3.75%;两组比较差异无显著性,无统计学意义P0.05。结论:抗菌药物配合中药标本兼治,可在短时间内改善患者的临床症状,具有可靠的疗效与较高的安全性,可作为治疗老年慢性支气管炎的首选方法。

Efficacy and safety observation on treating 80 cases of chronic bronchitis by antimicrobial medicine plus TCM

Objective： To observe the efficacy and security of antibacterial medicine plus TCM in treating chronic bronchitis in elderly patients. Methods： Choosing our hospital from January 2009 to May 2011, 80 cases of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis were treated by antimicrobial medicine plus TCM, this group of patients was set to the observation group, at the same time, selecting 80 cases of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis as a control group, given antibacterial medicines combined with clinical symptoms treatment, compared the effect of treatment, and adverse reactions. Results： In the observation group, markedly effective in 43 cases, effective in 32 cases, the total effective rate was 93.75%; In the control group, markedly effective in 26 cases, effective in 31 cases, the total effective rate was 71.25%; The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, significant difference between the two groups, and was statistically significant （t=4.685, P~-0.00981）. Incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 2.5%, and was 3.75% of the control group; there was no significant difference between the two groups, no statistically significant, P〉 0.05. Conclusion： Antimicrobial medicine plus TCM could achieved the efficacy of both the root causes, improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms in a short time, with reliable effect and higher security, available as the preferred method for the treatment of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.
