温通针治疗突发性耳鸣耳聋疗效观察

目的：观察以风池穴为主运用温通针治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法：选取2011年12月-2012年12月期间在我院诊治的70例突发性耳聋患者，根据治疗方案的不同分为观察组（35例）和对照组（35例），对照组采用常规风池穴针刺治疗，观察组采用风池穴温通针法治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果：对照组总有效率77．1％，观察组总有效率88．6%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组优势明显。结论：采用以风池穴为主运用温通针治疗突发性耳聋疗效确切，治疗安全方便，不良反应少，值得在，临床上推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating sudden tinnitus and deafness by acupuncture

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Wentong acupuncture at Fengchi point on treating sudden tinnitus and deafness. Methods： 70 patients were randomly divided into the observation group （35 cases） and control group （35 cases）. The control group was given the conventional acupuncture at Fengchi acupoint, while the observation group was given Wentong acupuncture at Fengchi acupoint. Results： The total efficacy in the control was 77.1%, in another it was 88.6%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the observation group showed obvious advantages. Conclusion： Wentong acupuncture at Fengchi point shows ovbious effects with fewer side effects, was worthy of clinical application.
