13个病种的中医护理方案（试行）临床应用实践

目的：我院是国家中医药管理局中医护理学重点专科＂十二五＂培训项目单位,为了进一步加强重点专科建设工作,确保＂十二五＂期间建设工作取得切实成效,我院在全院范围内开展对13个优势病种中医护理方案的梳理、验证,逐步建立科学实用、系统规范的中医专科护理标准,以规范中医护理行为,提高中医护理临床疗效,增强专科可持续发展能力。方法：在全院范围内选定可以进行中医护理方案验证的17个临床科室,遴选实施人员,成立实施小组。对小组成员进行集体培训,制定月计划,安排成员定时到科室检查,收集相关意见,定期召开会议反馈,总结实施经验。结果：在实施的411例患者中,91.24%的患者对健康教育满意,73.47%的患者对中医护理技术满意;实施人员中,62.77%的人认为该方案实用性为较强和强。结论：通过在全院遴选的17个优质科室开展对13个优势病种中医护理方案的梳理、验证,逐步建立科学实用、系统规范的中医专科护理标准,增强了中医护理临床疗效,进而提大大提高患者对中医护理的满意度。

Clinical practice of TCM nursing programs in 13 advantage diseases

Objective： TCM nursing programs of 13 advantage diseases in our hospital were arranged and proved. TCM nursing standard was built scientifically and systematically to restrict nursing behavior, improve nursing efficacy and sustainability. Methods： 17 clinical departments were selected; practicing persons were selected; practice groups were built. Team members were train by month plan; team members inspected departments at fixed time, collected advices, collected feedback in meeting, and summarized experience. Results： In 411 cases, 91.24% patients were satisfied on healthy education; 73.47% patients were satisfied on TCM nursing skills; 62.77% members considered that the program was confirmed with strong practicality. Conclusion： TCM nursing programs could improve clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction.
