| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨缺血性中风患者采用针药并用方式治疗的临床疗效。方法：将94例分为两组，每组47例，对照组47例采用常规西医治疗，观察组47例则采用针灸联合中药治疗，比较两组观察对象的治疗效果。结果：观察组47例研究对象经针灸联合中药治疗后其总有效率为95．7％，对照组47例研究对象经常规西药治疗后其总有效率为72．3％，两组观察对象比较有明显统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：针药并用在缺血性中风治疗中有较高的应用价值，其治疗效果明显优于单纯医药治疗，应推广应用。

Clinical observation on treating ischemic stroke by acupuncture plus medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss clinical effects of acupuncture plus medicine on ischemic stroke. Methods： 94 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 47 cases for each. The control was given routine western medicine, the observation was given acupuncture plus medicine. Results： The total efficacy in the observation was 95.7%, in another it was 72.3%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture plus medicine has higher application value, and better than western medicine solo, was worthy of promotion. |
