重症哮喘应用无创正压通气的护理研究

目的：探讨无创正压通气治疗重症哮喘的护理措施。方法：将2013年2月—2014年2月在我院呼吸内科应用无创正压通气治疗的86例重症哮喘患者随机分为两组,对照组43例给予常规护理,观察组43例在常规护理的基础上实施护理干预,观察两组患者治疗前后各项指标及护理满意度。结果：观察组患者的恐惧程度低于对照组,且适应并接受NIPPV时间均短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：重症哮喘无创正压通气治疗过程实施护理干预能够减轻患者的恐惧程度,使其在短时间内适应并接受治疗,对提高治疗效果,减少并发症的发生具有重要的临床意义。

Nursing Research on Usage of Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation for Severe Asthma

Objective： To explore nursing interventions of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation （NIPPV） in severe asthma. Methods：86 cases of severe asthma treated in Respiratory Department of our hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 43 patients. The control group was given conventional nursing while treatment group, on the basis of conventional nursing, was carried out nursing interventions to observe each indicator and nursing satisfaction before and after the treatment. Results：Fear of the patients in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group and the treatment group spent less time to adapt and accept NIPPV than the control group. Conclusion： Nursing interventions during NIPPV for severe asthma patients can relieve fear and help them adapt and accept treatment in shorter time, which help them improve therapeutic effects and reduce complications.
