420nm强脉冲光联合长脉冲Nd：YAG激光治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效观察

目的：观察420nm强脉冲光联合长脉冲1064nm Nd：YAG激光治疗中重度寻常痤疮的疗效。方法：将148例面部中重度寻常痤疮患者分为两组,实验组78例采用420nm强脉冲光联合长脉冲1064nm Nd：Yag激光治疗;对照组70例单纯应用420nm强脉冲光治疗。结果：实验组和对照组有效率分别为88.46%和62.85%,实验组有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论：420nm强脉冲光联合长脉冲1064nm Nd：Yag激光治疗中重度寻常痤疮的疗效明显且优于单用420nm强脉冲光。

Clinical effective observation on treating moderate and severe acne vulgaris by 420nm intense pulse light plus long-pulsed 1064nm Nd- YAG laser

Objective： To observe effects of the 420rim intense pulsed light plus long-pulsed 1064 nm Nd：YAG laser on moderate and severe acne vulgaris. Methods： 148 cases of moderate and severe acne vulgaris were divided into two groups, 78 cases in the observation group received 420nm intense pulsed light plus long-pulsed 1064 nm Nd： YAG laser; 70 cases in the control group received 420nm intense pulsed light solo. Results： The efficacy in the observation group and control group was 88.46% and 62.85% respectively, efficacy in observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： 420 nm intense pulsed light combined with long-pulsed 1064 nm Nd： YAG laser in treatment of moderate and severe acne vulgaris is more effective than 420nm intense pulsed light solo.
