中药加味参苓白术散治疗肠功能障碍的可行性分析

目的：探讨中药加味参苓白术散治疗肠功能障碍的可行性。方法：选取我院收治的58例肠功能患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组29例。观察组采用加味参苓白术散煎剂治疗，对照组采用培菲康治疗。结果：观察组总有效率为93．1％，对照组为72．4％（P〈0．05）；观察组在腹部不适或者腹痛、大便性状及次数、黏液便和肠呜等症候积分方面均显著优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：中药加味参苓白术散治疗肠功能障碍疗效确切，具有较高的推广应用价值。

A feasibility analysis of treating intestinal dysfunction with Shenling Baizhu San

Objective： To investigate the feasibility of Shenling Baizhu San on intestinal dysfunction. Methods： 58 cases with intestinal function in our hospital as the research object, were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 29 cases for each. The observation group was treated with Shenling Baizhu San, the control group was given Bifico. Results： The total effieacy in the observation group was 93.1%, in the control group was 72.4% （P〈0.05）; abdominal discomfort or pain, stool property and stool times, mucous stool and other symptoms scores in the observation group were significantly better those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenling Baizhu San was confirmed with good efficacy on intestinal dysfunction, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
