| 摘 要： | 目的：观察阿托伐他汀联合保利尔胶囊治疗老年2型糖尿病伴血脂异常的临床疗效。方法：将60例老年2型糖尿病伴血脂异常患者随机分为两组,治疗组32例,给予阿托伐他汀20mg,睡前1次;保利尔胶囊5粒/次,3次/日。对照组28例,单用阿托伐他汀。结果：治疗8周后两组患者血脂均明显改善（P〈0.05）,且治疗组较对照组疗效更佳（P〈0.05）。结论：阿托伐他汀联合保利尔胶囊可以用于老年2型糖尿病伴血脂异常的临床治疗。

Efficacy observation on treatment of type 2 diabetes senile patients with dyslipidemia by Atorvastatin combined with Baolier capsules |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Atorvastatin combined with Baolier capsules on type 2 diabetes senile patients with dyslipidemia. Methods：60 cases of type 2 diabetes senile patients with dyslipidemia were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in the treatment group treated with Atorvastatin 20mg before sleeping; Baolier capsules 5 grains per time, 3 times per day; 28 cases in the control group treated with Atorvastatin. Results：After 8 weeks of treatment, the blood lipid of the two groups was significantly improved（P〈0.05）,the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Atorvastatin combined with Baolier capsules can be applied in the treatment of type 2 diabetes senile patients with dyslipidemia. |
