活血通脉汤联合高压氧舱治疗脑动脉硬化症的临床观察

目的：观察活血通脉汤联合高压氧舱治疗脑动脉硬化症的临床疗效。方法：82名患者采用随机法将患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组：42例，给予活血通脉汤，用水常规煎服，每天一剂，分早晚两次服用，疗程14天；高压氧舱治疗，隔天1次，疗程14d；对照组40例，给予丹参注射液40ml加入5％葡萄糖注射液250ml或生理盐水250ml中静脉滴注，1次／天，疗程14d。观察患者的眩晕，头痛，失眠和耳呜等症状的总有效率及总体疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率及总体疗效高于对照组。结论：两纽经统计学分析具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。活血通脉汤联合高压氧舱治疗脑动脉硬化症疗效确切，其机制可能是通过血管活性物质，增加血管供氧来发挥疗效。

Clinical observation on treating cerebral arteriosclerosis with Huoxue Tongmai decoction plus hyperbaric oxygen chamber

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of treating cerebral arteriosclerosis with Huoxue Tongmai decoction plus hyperbaric oxygen chamber. Methods： 82 patients were randomly were divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group： 42 patients received Huoxue Tongmai decoction, decocting with water, one dose a day, taking at morning and evening, a course of treatment forl4 days; Hyperbaric oxygen treatment, ltime two days, a course forl4d; 40 patients of control group treated with 40ml salvia injection added 5% glucose injection in 250ml or 250ml saline, 1 times/day, a course of treatment for 14d, observed the total effective rate and total rate of dizziness, headache, insomnia and other symptoms of tinnitus of patients. Results： The total effective rate and the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of control group. Conclusion： There were significant difference in the two groups （P〈0.05） Huoxue Tongmai decoction and hyperbaric oxygen chamber is effective treatment of cerebral arteriosclerosis, which may be through the blood vessels active substances to increase blood oxygen supply to play effect.
