六味地黄汤加减治疗去势更年期综合征

目的：观察六味地黄汤加减治疗青年女性去势更年期综合征（Dvarian Ablation Menopausal Syndrome．OAMS）临床疗效。方法：50例去势患者均服用六味地黄汤加减，症状稳定后继续服六味地黄丸，或金匮肾气丸维持治疗。结果：服中药治疗后，潮热盗汗、头晕心慌、烦躁失眠等临床症状消失，色素沉着明显减轻，激素水平测定较治疗前明显好转。结论：六味地黄汤加减治疗去势更年期综合征疗效好、副作用小。

Treatment on menopausal syndrome with Liuwei Dihuang decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical therapy on treating menopausal syndrome （Dvarian Ablation Menopausal Syndrome, OAMS） with Liuwei dihuang decoction. Methods： 50 cases of decoction patients take Liu Wei Di Huang decoction, continued taking Liu Wei Di Huang decoction or Jinkuishenqi pill maintain the treatment after symptoms stabilized. Results： After the treatment in TCM, the hot night sweats, dizziness, insomnia, fidgety palpitate clinical symptoms were disappeared, pigmentation reduced obviously, significant improvement in measured of hormone levels than that before the treatment. Conclusion： Treatment on menopausal syndrome with Liuwei dihuang decoction has a good effect.
