复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床效果研究

目的：研究复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌的临床效果。方法：将2007年1月～2009年6月我院83例均经细胞学或组织学证实为晚期卵巢癌患者随机分为治疗组（复方苦参联合化疗组）和对照组（单纯化疗组），其中治疗组41例，对照组42例，比较两组在疗效、生活质量、不良反应等方面的差异。结果：治疗组有效率（CR＋PR）为60．O％，对照组有效率（CR＋PR）为54．8％，比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），两组治疗后生活质量改善比较，治疗组有效率为75．6％（31／41），对照组有效率54．8％（23／42），治疗组患者生活质量改善情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组与对照组主要不良反应比较，恶心、呕吐、肾功能损害、血小板减少发生率比较无明显差异（P〉0．05），而白细胞的减少、肝功能损害、腹泻发生率比较对治疗组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：复方苦参注射液可以有效地提高生存质量，减轻化疗不良反应。

Clinical study on treating advanced ovarian cancer with compound Kushen injection plus chemotherapy

Objective： To study the clinical effects of treating advanced ovarian cancer with compound Kushen injection plus chemotherapy. Methods： 83 cases of patients who were confirmed as advanced ovarian cancers by cytology or histological were randomly divided into the treatment group （compound Kushen combined group） and the control group （chemotherapy alone） in January 2007 to June 2009, 41 cases in the treatment group, 42 cases in the control group, compared the difference of effect, quality of life, adverse effects. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was 60.0%, in the control group the effective rate was 54.8%, so the difference was no statistieaUy significant （P〉0.05）. Quality of life improved after treatment, the effective rate of treatment group was 75.6% （31/40, the control group was 54.8% （23/42）, the quality of life of the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference had significance （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in nausea, vomiting, renal dysfunction, thrombocytopenia （P〉0.05）, but the effective rate of reduction of white blood cells, liver dysfunction, diarrhea in the treatment group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compound Kushen injection can improve the quality of life, and reduce adverse effects of chemotherapy.
