摘    要:目的:观察大黄对MHD患者微炎症与营养不良的干预作用。方法:将61例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均给予规律血液透析,纠正贫血及钙、磷代谢紊乱,控制血压等常规治疗。对照组在上述治疗的基础上加服大黄。疗程为3个月。监测治疗前后红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、转铁蛋白(TI江)、高敏c反应蛋白(hs.CRP)及改良SGA评分、人体测量指标的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗前组间比较,血浆hs-CRP、Hb、Alb、TRF水平无显著差异。治疗组治疗3个月后,血浆hs—CRP水平较治疗前有所下降;Hb、Alb、TRF水平较治疗前明显上升(P〈0.05)。两组治疗前改良SGA评分、BMI、MAMC、TSF无显著差异。治疗组治疗3个月后,改良SGA评分下降,BMI、MAMC、TSF指标升高(P〈0.05)。结论:大黄可以减轻MHD患者微炎症状态,降低营养不良的发生。

The intervention of rhubarb on micro-inflammation and malnutrition of patients suffering from hemodialysis
Abstract:Objective: To observe the intervention function of rhubarb on micro-inflammation and malnutrition of patients suffering from hemodialysis. Methods: 61 cases of patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, giving regular hemodialysis and other conventional treatments to correct the anemia, calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders and control blood pressure. The control group on the basis of the above treatment added rhubarb. The course of treatment was 3 month. Monitor the changes of cell count (RBC), hemoglobin (lib), serum albumin (Alb), transferrin (TRF), high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and the modified SGA score and anthropometric indicators before and after treatment. Result: Comparing treatment group with control group before treatment, found that plasma hs-CRP, Hb, Alb, TRF levels had no significant difference. The treatment group treated for 3 months, the level of plasma hs-CRP decreased than before treatment; Level of Hb, Alb, TRF raised obviously (P〈0.05). The the modified SGA score, BMI, MAMC, TSF of the two groups before treatment had no significant difference. The treatment group treating for 3 months, modified SGA score decreased, BMI, MAMC, TSF indicators rised. Conclusion: Rhubarb can reduced micro-inflammation of patients with MHD, reduced the incidence of malnutrition.
