温通膏治疗骨伤科痛症480例疗效观察

目的：观察温通膏治疗骨伤科痛症。方法：将480例患者随机分为2组，各240例，治疗组采用外涂温通膏治疗，对照组单用常规治疗，采用观察指标和疗效指标进行评价。结果：3个病理分期总有效率两两比较，差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。总有效率治疗组为90．0％，对照组为70．73％，2组比较，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。经过治疗后2组骨伤科疼痛较治疗前均有明显的改善（P〈0．01），而且治疗组比对照组改善更加显著（P〈0．05）。结论：温通膏外治疗骨伤科疼痛症有一点临床价值。

Effective observation on treating 480 cases of orthopedics pains with Wentong cream

Objective： To observe the effect on treating orthopedics pains with Wentong cream. Methods： 480 patients were randomly divided into two groups and 240 cases per group, the treatment group was treated with Wentong cream, the control group was just treated with conventional treatment, to evaluate by observation indicators and effect indicators. Results： Compared the total effective pairwise of the three stagings, the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）. In treatment group the total effective rate for 90.0%, in control group for 70.73%, compared the two groups, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The orthopedic pain of the 2 groups were significantly improved than before after the treatment （P〈0.01）, and treatment group improve more than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating orthopedics pains with Wentong cream has a little clinical value.
