骨小梁金属与空心钉治疗股骨头坏死疗效比较

目的：比较骨小梁金属重建棒植入术与髓芯减压、空心钛合金螺钉支撑术治疗成人早期股骨头缺血性坏死的，临床疗效。方法：骨小梁金属重建棒植入术组12例与髓芯减压、空心钛合金螺钉支撑术组14例，治疗后按成人股骨头缺血性坏死疗效百分评价法进行评价。结果：骨小梁金属重建棒植入术组，治疗后按成人股骨头缺血性坏死疗效百分评价法进行评价，优8髋，艮5髋，差1髋，优艮率为92．9％。髓芯减压、空心钛合金螺钉支撑术组，优9髋，良6髋，可1髋，差1例，优良率为88．2％。两组治愈优良率经一检验（P〉0．05），差异无显著意义。结论：骨小梁金属重建棒植入术与髓芯减压、空心钛合金螺钉支撑术都是较好治疗成人股骨头缺血性坏死的方法，骨小梁金属重建棒植入为临床治疗早期股骨头骨坏死提供了一个新选择。

Effective comparison of treating early avascular necrosis by trabecular metal and hollow screw

Objective： To compare the clinical effect of trabecular metal rod implantation and operation of bone marrow core decompression, hollow titanium screw in the treatment of early avascular necrosis of the femoral head. Methods： Trabecular metal rod implantation group, 12 patients with the operation of core decompression, hollow titanium screws 14 cases, after treatment of avascular necrosis of the adult assessment method to evaluate the effect of percentile.Results：Trabecular metal rod implantation group, after treatment of avascular necrosis of the adult assessment method to evaluate the effect of percentage, excellent in 8 hips, good in 5 hips, and poor in I hip, the fine rate was 92.9%. Operation of bone marrow core decompression, hollow titanium screw group excellent in 9hips, good in 6 hips, and poor in 1 hip, the fine rate was 88.2%. Excellent cure rate of the two groups by the x2 test （P〉0.05）, the difference was not significant. Conclusion： Trabecular metal rod implantation and operation of bone marrow core decompression, hollow titanium screw are better treatment in early of osteonecrosis of femoral head, trabecular metal rod implantation provides a new choice.
