美沙拉嗪联合中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床研究

目的：探讨美沙拉嗪联合中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床疗效。方法：将46例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分成治疗组24例和对照组22例。治疗组采用美沙拉嗪联合中药灌肠治疗，对照组单纯采用美沙拉嗪治疗。观察两组患者治疗后临床活动指数及，1名床综合疗效。结果：两组治疗后，临床活动指数均较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．01），并且治疗组临床活动指数的改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗后两组临床综合疗效比较，治疗组总有效率（91．67％）显著优于对照组（77．27％），P〈0．05。结论：美沙拉嗪联合中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效显著优于单纯应用美沙拉嗪治疗，中西医结合治疗本病具有明显优势。

Clinical study on treating ulcerative colitis by Mesalazine plus enema of TCM

Objective： To observe the clinical effects on treating ulcerative colitis by me salazine plus enema of TCM on the patients. Methods： 46 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group for 24 patients, 22 patients in control group. The treatment group was treated with mesalazine plus enema of TCM; The control group was treated with mesalazine. To observe the two groups clinical activity index and clinical comprehensive effects before and after treatment. Result： After treatment, the clinical activity index was significantly lower than before treatment （P〈0.01）, and the clinical activity index treatment group than the control group improved （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of treatment group is 91.67%; The control group is 77.27%. Clinical efficacy of treatment groups has significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Mesalazine plus enema of TCM for ulcerative colitis was significantly better than the application of mesalazine treatment. Integrative medicine has obvious advantages in this disease.
