腹针为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的：观察腹针为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的t临床疗效。方法：将42例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组，治疗组22例，以腹针治疗为主；对照组20例，以传统体针治疗为主。2组均治疗10天后进行疗效比较。结果：治疗组愈显率86．4％，总有效率95．4％，对照组愈显率50％，总有效率80％，两组愈显率比较具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：腹针疗法为主对治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种疗效确切，方法简单，易于开展的一种方法。

Effective observation on treating lumbar disc herniation in acupuncture

Objective： To observe the effect of treating lumbar disc herniation in acupuncture. Methods： 42 cases of lumbar disc herniation randomly divided into two groups, treatment group were 22 cases, using abdominal acupuncture; control group were 20 cases, using traditional body acupuncture. To compare results after 10 days. Results： Cured rate of treatment was 86.4%, the total effective rate was 95.4%, the control group of cure rate was 50%, the total effective was 80%, two groups have significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating lumbar disc herniation in acupuncture has a good effect, is worth being aoolied.
