桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效及对血清性激素的影响

目的：观察桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效及对血清性激素的影响，并探讨作用机制。方法：选择我院2010-2012年就诊的确诊为子宫内膜异位症患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例，对照组给予米非司酮治疗，观察组给予桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗，两组均观察90d，比较症状、体征改善情况，并空腹抽血检测血清雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P），所有患者均随访24个月，统计随访期间妊娠比例。结果：观察组痊愈23例、显效18例、有效6例，总有效率为94％，随访期间妊娠23例，妊娠率为46％，对照组痊愈10例、显效17例、有效10例，总有效率为74％，随访期间妊10例，妊娠率为20％，观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组，X^2=12．400，P〈0．01，观察组的妊娠率显著高于对照组，X^2=7．644，P〈0．01；观察组和对照组治疗后血清雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）均较治疗前明显降低，但观察组改善更明显，观察组治疗后E2、P显著低于对照组，均P〈0．05。结论：桂枝茯苓胶囊联合米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症能够降低血清性激素水平，抑制子宫内膜增生，改善临床症状，且能提高妊娠几率，是治疗子宫内膜异位症的理想方法。

Clinical effects of the Guizhi Fuling capsule plus mifepristone on the serum hormone in treating endometriosis

Objective： To observe clinical effects of Guizhi Fuling capsule plus mifepristone on the serum hormone in treating endometriosis, and to explore the mechanism of action. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 50 for each. The control group was given the mlfepristone therapy, while the treated was given the Guizhi Fuling capsule more. Both groups were given therapy for 90 days. Compare symptoms and signs of improvement, fasting blood serum levels of estradiol （E2）, and progesterone （P）. All patients were followed up for 24 months; count the proportion of pregnancy during the follow-up. Results： Of all the 50 patients, 23 cases were cured, 18 cases were significantly effective, 6 cases were effective, the total efficacy of the treated group was 94%, 23 cases were pregnancy during the follow-up, the Pregnancy rate was 46%; in the control, 10 cases were cured, 17 cases were significantly effective, 10 cases were effective and the total efficiency was 74%, 10 cases were pregnancy during the follow-up, the Pregnancy rate was 20%. The total efficiency of the treated group is significantly higher （x^2=12.400, P〈0.01）, as well as the pregnancy rate. Conclusion： Guizhi Fuling capsule plus mifepristone is the ideal method for the endometriosis treating.
