中医健脾渗湿法结合西医对肾病综合征的疗效观察

目的：观察中医健脾渗湿法结合西医对肾病综合征的疗效观察。方法：将42例肾病综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组采取西医常规治疗，治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上加用中医健脾渗湿法。结果：两组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐（Cr）、尿素氮（BUN）、血清总胆固醇（TC）及甘油三酯（TG）均较本组治疗前降低，对比（P〉0．05），血浆白蛋白（Alb）均较前升高，对比（P〉0．05）。结论：中医健脾渗湿法结合西医对。肾病综合征治疗有确切疗效，值得推广。

Clinical observation on treating nephrotic syndrome by the Jianpi Shenshi therapy of TCM combined with modern medicine

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of treating nephrotic syndrome by the Jianpi Shenshi therapy of TCM plus modem medicine. Methods： 42 patients were randomly divided into control group and treated group. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the treated was given the TCM Jianpi Shenshi therapy more. Results： The urinary protein excretion, serum creatinine （Cr）, blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, serum total cholesterol （TC） and triglyceride （TG） were reduced, the serum albumin was elevated after 24h. Both two groups have the treating effect. Conclusion： The TCM Jianpi Shenshi therapy combined with modem medicine was significantly effective, worthy of a wide application.
