加减生化汤治疗48例产后恶露不绝的疗效观察

目的：观察加减生化汤治疗产后恶露不绝的临床疗效。方法：随机将95例产后恶露不绝患者分为两组，西药组予肌肉注射缩宫素配合口服头孢拉定，中药组予口服加减生化汤，连续治疗10d后观察临床疗效和子宫复旧情况。结果：中药组总显效率91.67%明显优于西药组76.60%，P〈0.05；中药组子宫三径均值（147.58±44.90）mm明显优于西药组（197.42±44.92） mm，P〈0.01。结论：加减生化汤通过活血祛瘀和改善子宫微循环等机制促进产后恶露不绝患者子宫平滑肌收缩，从而促进产褥期功能恢复和改善生活质量。

Clinical observation on treating 48 cases of postpartum lochiorrhea with the Shenghua decoction

Objective：To observe the effect of the Shenghua decoction on treating postpartum lochiorrhea. Methods：95 cases of postpartum lochiorrhea were randomly divided into two groups. The modern medicine group was given intramuscular injection of oxytocin combined with cephradine oral, while the TCM medicine group was given modified Shenghua decoction. The clinical effect and involution of uterus were observed after 10d continuous treatment. Results： The total efficiency was 91.67% significantly better than the modern medicine group 76.60%, P〈0.05. In the TCM medicine group uterus three mean diameter （147.58±44.90） mm was significantly better than the modern medicine group （197.42±44.92） mm, P〈0.01. Conclusion：Modified Shenghua decoction by promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and improve uterine microcirculation mechanism to promote Postpartum Lochiorrhea patients with uterine smooth muscle contraction, thereby promoting puerperal function recovery and improve the quality of life.
