黄芪建中汤加减治疗消化性溃疡的临床分析

目的：观察黄芪建中汤加减治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效，及探讨其可能的作用机理和其相关副作用。方法：选取来我院消化科就诊的慢性十二指肠溃疡患者60例，随机分为实验组和对照组，各30例，实验组给予黄芪建中汤减去大枣加味山药、茯苓治疗；对照组给予奥美拉唑治疗；观察疗效并随访，纪录副作用情况。结果：实验组有效率为96.66%，对照组有效率为63.33%，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：黄芪建中汤加减治疗消化性溃疡疗效显著，副作用较少，可能降低远期复发率，临床中疗效值得认可。

Clinical analysis on treating peptic ulcer with the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on treating peptic ulcer, and discuss the possible mechanism and its related side effects. Methods：60 cases of chronic duodenal ulcer were divided into two groups randomly, 30 of the experimental group and 30 of the control group. To give the experimental group the Huangqi Jianzhong decoction minus the jujube flavored yam, tuckahoe;Control group was given omeprazole treatment, and follow-up record for side effects. Results：The efficiency of the experimental group was 96.66%, control group was 63.33%. The difference had statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion：The Huangqi Jianzhong decoction decreases peptic ulcer with obvious therapeutic effect. The side effect is fewer, can reduce long-term recurrence rate. The clinical curative effect is worthy of recognition.
