| 摘 要： | 目的：分析产生中药不良反应的主要原因并提出对策,为安全用药提供参考。方法：总结目前造成中药不良反应的主要原因,对中药特别是含毒性中药的合理使用进行探讨。结果：中药的不良反应既有中药本身的原因,也有配伍不当及使用不合理的问题。结论：建立中药不良反应监测机制,加大中药不良反应的基础研究,针对性加强安全用药管理,以保证临床用药安全有效。

Discussing adverse reactions and medication safety of TCM |

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the main reasons of generating TCM adverse reactions and puts forward some countermeasures for safety,drug reference.Methods:To summarize the main causes of adverse reaction of TCM,discussing rational use of toxic Chinese medicine.Rasults:Chinese medicine itself,cornpatibility improper and the use of unreasonable were thereasons of the aclverse effects of TCM.Conclusion:Establish a monitoring mechanism of the adverse reactions;increase the adverse effects of basic research,to enhance the safety of medication management,ensuring the safe and effective clinical treatment. |
