潜阳封髓丹对化疗致口腔黏膜炎的作用研究

目的:研究潜阳封髓丹对化疗致金黄地鼠口腔黏膜炎的作用。方法:采用5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)联合机械划伤进行造模,潜阳封髓丹分为低、中、高剂量进行给药。每天记录体质量和进食量,对金黄地鼠口腔颊囊进行宏观观察并拍照评分,苏木精-伊红(HE)染色观察口腔颊囊组织的病理损伤。酶联免疫吸附反应(ELISA)测定金黄地鼠血清中促炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)的含量,生化试剂盒测定金黄地鼠口腔颊囊组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:潜阳封髓丹给药能降低动物口腔颊囊宏观评分,改善口腔颊囊的病理损伤,减轻炎症状况,降低金黄地鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-1β和口腔颊囊组织中MDA的含量。结论:潜阳封髓丹用药对金黄地鼠口腔黏膜炎有一定的缓解作用,促进病理损伤愈合,可能与降低炎症反应和氧化损伤有关。

Effect of Qianyang Fengsuidan on Oral Mucositis Caused by Chemotherapy

Objective:To study the effect of Qianyang Fengsui Dan on oral mucositis caused by chemotherapy in golden hamster.Methods:Oral mucositis was induced by 5-FU combined with mechanical scratching.The Qianyang Fengsui Dan(low,medium and high doses)were administered to the golden hamster once a day for 14 day.Body weight and food intake were recorded daily.Pathological changes were observed by HE staining and macroscopic scores.The contents of TNF-αand IL-1βin the serum of golden hamster were determined by ELISA.The SOD activity and MDA content in the cheek pouch tissue of golden hamster was determined by biochemical kit.Results:The application of Qianyang Fengsui Dan was capable to reduce the macroscopic score of oral cheek pouch tissue and the content of TNF-α,IL-1βand MDA,and improve the pathological damage of golden hamster.Conclusion:Qianyang Fengsui Dan can relieve the oral mucositis of golden hamster and promote the healing of pathological injury,which is related with anti-inflammation and anti-oxidation.
