中药挥发油防治心血管疾病研究进展

心血管疾病作为全球发病率和病死率较高的非传染性疾病之一,其发病机制复杂,存在多种诱因。心血管的保护和心血管疾病的防治一直是医学界的研究热点。中医药防治心血管疾病具有较好的疗效。中药挥发油类具有抗炎、抗氧化、清除氧自由基、抗血小板聚集等活性,能够发挥有效的心肌保护作用。对中药挥发油特性及其对心血管疾病防治作用的研究进展进行综述,为中药挥发油的合理应用提供参考。

Progress of Research on Prevention and Treatment of Cardiovascular Diseases by Volatile Oil of Chinese Medicine

Cardiovascular diseases, the non-communicable diseases with high morbidity and mortality in the world, have complex pathogenesis and multiple inducements. Cardiovascular protection and prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases have always been the research hotspots in the medical field. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is effective in the prevention and protection of cardiovascular diseases. The volatile oil of Chinese medicine plays an effective role in the protection against cardiovascular diseases such as acute myocardial ischemia, infarction, and myocarditis by means of the activities in resisting inflammation, oxidation, and platelet aggregation, and scavenging oxygen free radicals. The present study reviewed the properties of the volatile oil of Chinese medicine and the research progress in the field of cardiovascular prevention in recent years, which provides novel ideas for the reasonable application of volatile oil in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
