摘    要:目的:探索栽培环境对昆仑雪菊品质的影响,以确定昆仑雪菊的道地性。方法:采用薄层色谱法对不同产地的昆仑雪菊总提物成分比对;采用分光光度法测定新疆不同产地昆仑雪菊中总黄酮的含量;采用浸泡法比对不同产地昆仑雪菊浸出液的色度。结果:在GF254预制硅胶板上,以乙酸乙酯:甲醇:水(8:1:1)为展开剂,证实不同产地昆仑雪菊成分构成基本相似,与金鸡菊有明显差异;不同产地昆仑雪菊总黄酮含量有明显的差异,含量分别为18.33%、27.05%、32.93%、24.57%、26.94%、17.33%、26.17%、20.47%、23.68%、17.49%、24.25%;不同产地昆仑雪菊浸泡6次后色泽变化有显著差异。结论:不同海拔及不同采收期与昆仑雪菊的品质具有相关性,提示昆仑雪菊具有产品道地性。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effects of cultivation environment on Kunlun snow chrysanthemum quality and ensure the genuineness of Kunlun snow chrysanthemum. Methods: Thin layer chromatography method was used to campare total extract component in different areas of Kunlun snow chrysanthemum. The total flavonoids in Kunhm snow chrysanthemum from different areas of Xinjiang were determined by spectrophotometry. Soaking chroma of Kunlun snow chrysanthemum was compared by the water immersion method. Results: In GF254 preformed silica gel plate, by using ethyl acetate: methanol:water(8:1:1 ) as developing agent, we confirmed the components of Kunlun snow chrysanthemum from different areas are similar, which were obvious different with Coreopsis drummondii. Total flavonoids were obvious different in different areas, their contents: 18.33%, 27.05%, 32.93%, 24.57%, 26. 94%, 17.33%, 26. 17%, 20. 47%, 23.68%, 17.49%, 24. 25% . The color is significant different in different areas after 6 times water immersion. Conclusion: Different altitudes and harvest times are related with quality of Kunlun snow chrysanthemum, shows the geoherbalism of Kunlun snow chrysanthemum.
