摘    要:目的:建立菊花中216种常用农药残留的快速检测方法。方法:样品经乙腈高速匀浆提取后浓缩,采用液相色谱-质谱法和气相色谱-质谱法,以多反应监测模式进行数据采集,采用空白基质匹配法及校准曲线法进行定量检测。结果:菊花中216种农药的线性关系良好,90%以上农药指标r>0.995,各待测农药指标回收率为70%~115%,符合农药多残留的痕量分析要求;78批菊花中检出农药68种。结论:菊花中农药残留检出率较高、检出品种较多,但检出的多为中低毒性农药。建立的方法有针对性地检测了菊花中高风险的农药品种,涵盖了大多数常用农药品种,检测方法快速、准确,适用于菊花中农药多残留的风险监测和日常快速筛查,可为基质类似的中药材农药多残留检测方法研究提供借参考。

Abstract:Objective To establish a rapid detection method for 216 pesticide residues in Chrysanthemum morifolium.Methods The samples were extracted and concentrated with acetonitrile by a high-speed homogenizer. Detection was performed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry analysis and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, and data were collected in multiple reaction monitoring mode. The blank substrate matching method and calibration curve method were used for quantitative detection.Results The linear relationship of 216 pesticides in Ch. morifolium was good, and the correlation coefficient r of more than 90% of pesticides was greater than 0.995. The recovery rate of each pesticide was 70%-115%, which met the requirements of pesticide residue trace analysis. 68 pesticides were detected in 78 batches of Ch. morifolium.Conclusion The detection rate of pesticide residues in Ch. morifolium was higher, and more varieties were detected, but most of the detected pesticides had moderate and low toxicity. High-risk pesticide varieties were detected in Ch. morifolium by the proposed method, covering the most commonly used pesticides. The detection method is rapid and accurate, which is suitable for the risk monitoring and daily rapid screening of pesticide residues in Ch. morifolium. It can provide a reference for the detection methods of pesticide residues in Chinese medicinal materials with similar substrates.
