摘    要:目的:采用高速逆流色谱技术分离提纯浙贝母中的活性成分贝母素甲,贝母素乙.方法:采用氯仿-无水乙醇-0.2mo1.L-1盐酸(4:3:2)系统,上相为固定相,下相为流动相.主机转速为800r.min-1,流动相流速为1.2mL·min-1.结果:一次进样分离得到贝母素甲、贝母素乙,经高效液相(HPLC)分析纯度,经MS,1HNMR鉴定结构.结论:利用本实验条件可从浙贝母中分离制备贝母素甲,贝母素乙,两者纯度分别达到:97.5%,94.5%.

Abstract:Objective:High Speed Countercurrent chromatography was applied to separation and purification of peimine and peiminine from Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergi.Methods:The solvent system used for HSCCC was chloroform-ethanol -0.2mol·L-1 hydrochloric acid(V/V,4:3:2),the organic layer was used as stationary phase,the aqueous phase was used as mobile phase.The rotational speed of main engine was 800 r·min-1,the flow of mobile phase was 1.2 mL·min-1.Result:The purified peimine and peiminine were dentified and analyzed by HPLC,1HNRM,MS.Conclusions:Under this condition peimine and peiminine can be separated and purified from Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergi.purities were respectively 97.5% and 94.5%.
