功能性消化不良罗马Ⅲ诊断标准与中医辨证分型的关系

功能性消化不良（fuctional dyspepsia，FD）的诊断标准经过多年的修订，形成了今天的罗马Ⅲ诊断标准，它给FD的临床诊断和科研病例的收集提供了依据，中医药在治疗FD方面积累了丰富的经验，且毒副作用少，复发率低，患者易于接受。然而，中医在对FD的认识上亦无统一标准的参照，在辨证分型、治疗结果、疗效评定标准上，存在较大的差异．因此，对FD的诊断、病例选择、疗效标准、疗程等方面必须制定一个中医界相对一致的标准，使其具有可比性。通过理论探讨FD罗马Ⅲ诊断标准与中医辨证分型的关系，相信罗马Ⅲ诊断标准为我们制定和统一中医诊断标准及疗效评价标准能够给予启迪。

The relation between functional dyspepsia's Rome Ⅲ criteria and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome

After many years development and modification of Functional Dyspepsia＇s diagnostic criteria, the Rome m criteria has been formalized, which supported the evidence for the FD＇ s clinical diagnose and collecting scientific research cases. Plenty of experiences have been accumulated in the treatment of FD by using Chinese Medicine which possesses little side effect,low recrudescence rates, easy acceptances for the patients. However, there are no unified criteria for references in the cognition of FD, the lar- ger discrepancies existed in Symptom Patterns , treatment results, Response Evaluation Criteria. Therefore, Chinese medicine society should constitute a relatively coherent criteria for contrast in diagnose, choosing cases, response evaluation, period of treatment. By theoretical exploration on the relation between Functional Dyspepsia＇s Rome Ⅲ Criteria and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome, Rome Ⅲ Criteria will give us the enlightenment for constituting and modifying the TCM＇ s diagnose and Response Evaluation.
