红花及其主要成分的药理作用研究进展

红花为活血化瘀的经典中药之一,其供药记载最早见于汉代张仲景的《金匮要略》,常用于治疗高血压、冠心病、脑血栓等疾病。目前,国内外学者对红花及其主要成分红花黄色素、羟基红花黄色素A等在抗脑缺血、抗心肌损伤、抗血栓、抗氧化、抗细胞凋亡、抗炎、抗肿瘤等方面的药理效应和作用机制进行了广泛而深入的研究,为红花的临床应用提供了依据。本文通过查阅相关文献资料,对红花及其主要成分的药理作用研究进行综述,以期为相关领域科研工作者的理论研究、药物的临床应用及新药开发提供参考。

Advances in pharmacological function of Carthamus tinctorius and its essential constitutes

Carthamus tinctorius L. is a traditional Chinese medicine promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. It was first found in Synopsis of Formulae from the Golden Chamber written by Zhang zhong-jing, Han dynasty. It has been commonly used to treat many kinds of diseases such as high blood pressure, coronary heart disease and cerebral thrombosis. At present, international and domestic aca- demics have done lots of research works concerning about the pharmacological action and its mechanism of Carthamus tinctorius L and its two essential constitutes： safflor yellow and Hydroxyl-safflor yellow A in the field of anti-ischemic injury, anti-myocardial injury, anti-thrombus function, anti-oxidation, anti- apoptosis, anti-inflammation and anti-tumor. By referring to a large number of literature and information, we summarized the pharmacological function of Carthamus tinctorius L and its essential constitutes. We expect this review will be helpful to future scientific research, clinical application and new drug development.
