健脾解毒方联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期结直肠癌临床研究

目的观察健脾解毒方联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期结直肠癌的疗效和不良反应。方法将42例患者随机分为2组,研究组21例,采用健脾解毒方联合FOLFOX4方案化疗,对照组21例,单纯FOLFOX4方案化疗。比较两组近期疗效、临床受益反应以及毒副反应。结果近期有效率研究组为47.6%,对照组为35.0%,两组有效率及中位肿瘤进展时间比较无统计学意义(P0.05);两组中位生存时间及1年生存率比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。研究组临床受益率为85.7%。对照组为55.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。研究组白细胞降低、神经毒性、乏力等毒副反应明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论健脾解毒方对晚期结直肠癌FOL-FOX4方案化疗有增加近期疗效、提高生活质量、减少不良反应的作用。

Clinical study of Jianpijiedu-Decoction plus FOLFOX4 regimen in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer

Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicity of Jianpijieda-Decoction combined with FOLFOX4 for advanced colorectal cancer. Method 42 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： Jianpijiedu thcrapeusis combined with FOLFOX4 group （ 21 patients ）, FOLFOX4 control group （ 21 pa- tients）. Compared the recent effect, benefit response , adverse reactions and toxicity. Results The effec- tive rate is 47.6% in treatment group,35.0% in control group. There was no significant difference in the effective rate and Time to Progression（TIP） （P 〉 0. 05）. There were statistically significant differences af- ter treatment in Median Survival Time and l-year survival rate （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Clinical beneficial rate in treat- ment group is 85.7% ,and 55.0% in control group, these rates were significantly different（P 〈0. 05）. The incidence rate of adverse reaction as leucopenia and neurotoxicity were lower in the treated group than those in the control group , also hypodynamia of the patients was alleviated （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Jianpijiedu- Decoction therapeusis combined with FOLFOX4 might have better effects in the short-term therapy and im- prove quality of life and reduce adverse reactions in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
