慢性便秘规范化治疗探讨

慢性便秘是一种常见的胃肠动力疾病,主要表现为排便次数明显减少、粪便干结,患者有排便困难和便后不尽感1],慢性便秘虽不是威胁患者生命的危重症疾病,却也因反复发作,治疗效果不佳等因素而不同程度地影响着患者的生活质量。因此,规范化治疗慢性便秘,提高治愈率,临床意义重大。本论文以人们日常生活密切相关的问题而展开了一定程度的研究。关于便秘的标准,无论是国际上还是国内,都设置了不同标准的界定内容,国际上主要有罗马Ⅱ有关便秘的诊断标准以及美国关于慢性便秘的诊治流程的要点,而我国也有《中国慢性便秘的诊治指南》,主要而言,有轻、中、重3种不同程度的标准,以及慢传输型便秘、出口梗阻型便秘以及混合型便秘3种类型。从治疗的方法上看,主要有药物治疗、手术治疗以及辅助治疗等手段。

Standardized treatment of chronic constipation

Chronic constipation is a common gastrointestinal motility disorders, mainly for defecation frequency reduced obviously, stool dry, patients have difficulty in defecation and will not the flu. Chronic constipation is not a threat to the lives of patients with severe disease, but also a different effect on quality of life of people because of recurrent seizures, poor treatment effect and other factors and. Therefore, the standardized treatment of chronic constipation would improve the cure rate, and have a clinical signifi- cance. This thesis is based on the people＇s daily life and is closely related to the topic and a certain degree of research. On the stand- ard of constipation, whether international or domestic, are set to different standards to define the content, a major international Ro/ne II about constipation diagnostic criteria and the United States on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation the essen- tials, and our country also has the＂ China guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation. Based on the main char- acter there were 3 different standards of light, medium and heavy, as well as 3 types of slow-transit constipation, outlet obstruction constipation and mixed constipation. From a therapeutic method, there are mainly drug treatment, operation treatment and adjuvant therapy and other means.
