| Abstract: | To analyze retrospectively the clinical date of surgery treatment of thoraco-abdominal combined injuries （TCI） in 20 cases.timely chest X-ray examination, fluoroscopy examiation,gastro-entericography examination.USB examintion.CT exploration of the wound tract.the appropriate choice of operable indication.early operation and dealing with combined injuries are very importment for the improvingsuccess rate of the management of TCI. |
