中药外敷治疗单纯肋骨骨折的疗效观察与护理

目的：探讨肋骨固定带固定加中药＂三色敷药＂外敷联合应用治疗单纯性肋骨骨折的效果及护理方法。方法：将32例单纯性肋骨骨折患者随机分为对照组16例和观察组16例。对照组仅给予肋骨固定带固定,观察组遵医嘱给予肋骨固定带固定以及中药＂三色敷药＂外敷,比较两组干预后第1、第3、第7、第14天的疼痛评分。结果：两组患者在干预后第1、第3、第7、第14天的疼痛评分比较,第3、第7天疼痛评分差异具有统计学意义,P分别为0.003、0.003,P〈0.05;第1、第14天疼痛评分差异没有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：肋骨固定带固定联合使用中药＂三色敷药＂外敷的早期止痛效果优于单纯使用肋骨固定带固定,而采取针对性的护理是保证其疗效的关键。

The Clinical Observation And Nursing Care for External Treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Simple Rib Fracture

Objective：To discuss the therapeutic effects and nursing methods of the rib fixed belt and ＂three color chitin＂on simple rib fracture.Method：A total of 32 patients with simple rib fracture were randomly divided into control group（n=16）and observation group（n=16）.Patients in control group were treated with rib fixed belts while those in observation group were treated with a combination of rib fixed belts and＂three color chitin＂following the doctor＇s advice.To compare the patients＇ pain scores in the 1st,3rd,7th,14th day after the treatment between the two groups.Result：The comparisons among pain scores in the 1st,3rd,7th,14th day after the treatment indicated：the difference between the pain scores in the 3rd and 7th day has a statistical significance,the results are 0.003 and 0.003（P0.05）,while that in the 1st and 14th day doesn＇t（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of the rib fixed belt and ＂three color chitin＂is more effective than the mere use of rib fixed belts in the therapy for simple rib fracture in early phase,and the key to maintain the curative effect is adopting the specific nursing.
