鼻内镜下低温等离子刀治疗顽固性鼻出血疗效观察

目的：探讨鼻内镜下等离子刀在顽固性鼻出血诊治中的应用价值.方法：对36例顽固性鼻出血患者在鼻内镜下等离子刀止血.结果：在鼻内镜下对发现的出血点予以等离子刀止血治疗,36例患者同时予以凡士林油纱条局部填塞,患者均获满意止血效果,无不良并发症.结论：鼻内镜下应用等离子刀诊治顽固性鼻出血定位准确、手术视野清楚、损伤小、疗效确切且患者痛苦小,值得临床推广应用.

Efficacy of low - temperature plasma cutter in the treatment of pertinacious epistaxis under nose endoscope

Objective： To approach the application value of low- temperature plasma cutter application in the diagnosis and treatment of epistaxis under nose endoscope. Methods：36 cases of intractable epistaxis were stoped bleeding by low- temperature plasma cutter under nose endoscope. Results：The found nasal bleeding points were treated by low- temperature plasma hemostasis trader the nose endoscope, Three patients were plussed part stuffed by vaseline gauze packing, all of the patients were given a satisfactory hemostatic effect, no adverse complications. Conclusion： Endoscopic application of plasma treatment of intractable epistaxls have accurate positioning, clear surgical vision, less damage, precise and effective in patients with less pain,is worthy of clinical application.
