| 摘 要： | 应用大孔吸附树脂技术，筛选桑叶总黄酮最佳纯化工艺。结果表明：AB-8树脂对桑叶总黄酮的纯化效果最佳，最佳工艺定为：径高比为1：9，供试液pH为4，浓度为生药量0．4g·mL-1，上样速度为4BV·h-1，洗脱液为70％乙醇，洗脱体积为2BV。

| Abstract: | Using the maeroporous resin methods,the optimum purification process of total flavonoids from Folium mori was investigated. Our results indicate that AB-8 resin possesses high absorption capacity.the best craft was：the ratio of diameter to heigh is 1：9,the pH value of sample solution is 4,the concentration is 0.4g· mL-1,the flow rate is 4BV· h-1,the elution is 70% alcohol,the volume of elution is 2BV. |
