112例黄芪注射液不良反应报告分析

目的：探讨应用黄芪注射液进行治疗出现不良反应的原因及注意事项.方法：回顾性分析我院应用黄芪注射液发生不良反应的112例患者的病例资料,并对所有患者发生不良反应的时间、症状等进行统计分析.结果：所有112例患者,出现不良反应的类型很多,但以变态反应为主要临床表现,有92例（82.1%）,其余临床表现为肝、肾损害、头痛、皮肤绿染等.87例患者为用药后10～30min出现不良反应,占77.7%,其余25例患者为用药后1h～5d出现不良反应.结论：黄芪注射液出现的不良反应和制作过程中有不纯的成分、储存时发生药物变质、配伍不合理以及使用药量、用药的速度、患者的个体差异等因素有密切关系,临床应用时要注重预防.

Adverse reaction analysis of 112 cases of huangqi injection

objective To explore the reason why it has caused adverse reaction after Huangqi injection application and the matters need to pay attention. Method Retrospectively analyse the data of the 112 cases patients treated in our hospital who have adverse reactiong after using the Huangqi injection,and made a statistical analysis of the ill reaction time,symptoms,etc,which appeared on the patients. Result Among all patients,many types of the adverse reaction appeared, but the abnormal reaction play the major role in clinical manifestations,for 92 cases,accounting for 82.1%.the rest of the clinical manifestations are the hver and kidney impairment, headache, skin green dyed, etc. 87 patients appeared adverse reaction in 10-30min after took medicine,accounting for 77.7%, the other 25 cases＇s in 1 h - 5 d. Conclusion Precautions should be done during the clinical application,as the in reaction has an intense relationship with many factors,say,impure component in the producing process,drug metamorphism occured when in storage,and drug compatibility dose not that reasonable,also the quantity,speed,individual differences.
