罗陆一揣头面切诊经验

中医诊治疾病,必先通过以望、闻、问、切四诊,收集病情资料,继而辨证寻因、审因论治疾病。本文论述笔者恩师,广东省名老中医罗陆一教授,临床运用揣头面切诊辅助断证之经验。头面部情况可反映肾、脑、脾胃、肺、肝胆、心、三焦等脏腑的病变和其盛衰。揣头面切诊,包括揣按凹凸陷突之于经脉循行的部位;诊察头颅、面额的各种形态异常断判其经脉相应脏腑的生理和病变情况。

Experience of Touching Patient＇s Head and Face as a Diagnostic Method by LUO Lu-Yi

TCM practitioner uses the famous four TCM diagnostic methods for collecting patient＇s illness conditions before analyzing syndrome,defining the causes,confirming the disease,and finally preparing for treatment.The author summarized the experience of a special diagnostic method by touching head and face of the patient practiced by her teacher,Guangdong famous old doctor of TCM,Professor LUO Lu-Yi.The different symptoms on the head and face can reflect illness and conditions of kidney,brain,spleen,stomach,lung,liver,heart,gallbladder,and tri-jiao.Touching patient＇s head and face as a diagnostic method,the doctor touches the head and face following the paths of twelve regular channels and governor vessel identifying any abnormalities like depressed or swollen areas;and thus estimating and determining the physiological and pathologic conditions of the corresponding internal organs of the patient.
