抚触治疗对100例新生儿生长发育的临床观察

目的:探讨抚触对新生儿发育的影响。方法:选2008年1月～2011年1月期间在遂宁市中心医院新生儿科住院的新生儿200例,随机分为抚触组和对照组各100例,观察比较两组新生儿42天后发育指标,包括头围、体重、身长的生长指标。结果:两组出生时头围、体重、身长差异无显著性(P>0.05),通过采取系统的抚触措施后,抚触组出生42天后的头围、体重、身长均有显著增加,与对照组比较,有明显的差异性(P<0.01)。结论:抚触可以增加新生儿的免疫功能,提高健康水平,促进新生儿生长发育。

Clinical observation on touching treatment of 100 newborns

Bjective：To explore the influence of touching on development of newborns.Methods：200 newborn cases,Choose from January 2008 to January 2011 in SuiNing central hospital in pediatrics,were randomly and averagely divided into the touching group and control group.To observe and compare development indexes between the two groups after 42days,including head circumference,body weight and body length.Results：There was no obvious difference between Two newborn groups in these development indexes（P 0.05）.After 42days,there was a significantly increase in all development indexes in the touching group,compared with the control group（P 0.01）.Conclusion：Touching can increase neonatal immune function,improve the health level,and promote the growth and development.
