坦度螺酮合并生物反馈治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的对比研究

目的:比较坦度螺酮合并生物反馈的联合疗法与单一的生物反馈疗法对治疗广泛性焦虑障碍的临床疗效。方法:将98例符合广泛性焦虑障碍诊断标准的患者随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组(50例)予坦度螺酮合并生物反馈的联合疗法治疗;对照组(48例)予单一生物反馈疗法治疗。疗程均为6周。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA),焦虑自评量表(SAS),临床整体量表-疗效总评估量表(CGI-SI)评定治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为88.0%;对照组治疗总有效率为68.7%,两组疗效比较的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗2、4、6周时HAMA减分率均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:坦度螺酮合并生物反馈的联合疗法较单一生物反馈疗法具有更好的疗效。

A comparative study with Tandospirone merge Biofeedback therapy treat Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of with Tandospirone merge Biofeedback therapy on and Biofeedback therapy treat the Generalized Anxiety Disorder.Methods.98 patients met the diagnostic criteria for generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into study group and control group.Study group(50 cases) with Tandospirone merge Biofeedback therapy treat,The control group(48 cases)with biofeedback therapy.Courses are six weeks.using Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),Clinical Global Impression(CGI-SI) evaluate efficacy.Result: the total effective was 88.% of Study group,the total effective was 68.7% of control group,the two groups were statistically significant differences of effect(P<0.05).the study group reduced rate of HAMA higher than that control group into treat 2,4,6 weeks.(P<0.01).Conclusion: Tandospirone merge Biofeedback therapy better than efficacy that Biofeedback therapy in treat to the Generalized Anxiety Disorder
