放置MYCuIUD和MCuIUD的临床观察

目的：观察放置MYCuIUD和MCuIUD的临床效果。方法：对135例已婚育龄妇女分为观察组（A组）和对照组（B组），观察组行MYCuIUD，对照组行MCuIUD，对两组术后第3、6、12个月经量增多、腰腹疼痛、白带增多等不良反应指标作对比分析。结果：观察组在放置后3月随访中经量增多、腰腹疼痛、脱落率、带器妊娠率等各项指标均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）；在放置后6月及12月随访中两组差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论：MYCuIUD是一种方便、高效的IUD，具有出血少、腰腹疼痛轻、脱落率低、续用率低、不良反应明显减少等优点，值得临床推广使用。
