高脂血症患者血清总胆汁酸与胆红素水平的临床应用

目的：观察血清总胆汁酸（TBA）与总胆红素（11BIL）在高脂血症患者中的变化及临床意义。方法：采用全自动生化分析仪分别检测217例健康人群，344例各种原因引起的高脂血症患者血清总胆汁酸（TBA）、总胆红素（TBIL）、甘油三酯（TC）、总胆固醇（Tc）水平。结果：高脂血症组总胆汁酸（11BA）升高，总胆红素降低，健康人群组无异常变化，两组比较有统计学意义。结论：高脂血症患者血清胆红素胆汁酸水平对评估其患者的预后与疗效具有一定的价值。

Hyperlipidemia serum total bile acid and bilirubin level of clinical application

Objectlve： To observe the serum total bile acid （TBA） and total bilirubin （TBIL） in patients with hyperlipidemia and its cfinical signiilcance. Methods ： The automatic biochemical analyzer detected 217 cases of healthy people, respectively, 344 cases ,of various causes in patients with hy- pedipidemia serum total bile acid （TBA）, total bilirubin （TBIL）, triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TG） levels.Results： The total bile acid hyperlipidemia （TBA） increased, total b＇dirubin decreased, no abnormal changes in healthy group, the two goups was statistically significant.Conclusion： Hyperlipidemia bile acid in patients with serum billrubin levels on the assessment of prognosis and efficacy of their patients have a certain value.
